Chnr owners how do you like it

I am thinking of buying one more watch right now and taking a chill pill. How do you like your chnr. I have not seen one in person. They look great online. I am referring to the 2 tone version not the full gold

I go back and forth with mine. There’s no denying it’s beauty. The only really funny thing for me, I started dating my wife in 9th grade in 1984. I’ve been into watches since 1990. There’s been more gorgeous timepieces coming though this door the last 28 years than you can shake a stick at, and she’s never given one bit of a damn about any of them ( Not that I asked her).

She commented on the root beer the day I brought it home, thinks it’s great looking. I told her if she ever comments again, I’m selling it.

I think it really matters what else is in your drawer. I wouldnt wear it every day, but on occasion it’s awesome.

I tried one on last month at my AD. I prefer the yellow gold and steel variant.

My friend recently bought it. This is my favorit watch so far.
I love how the brown and black blended together. And TT RG is matching perfectly.

I picked up the CHNR in black Friday from my AD. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Love the 70 hr power reserve as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Love it and a grail watch of mine. Hands down the most commented Rolex I have owned in 30 years. It’s a rock star. Pics don’t do it justice. The new movement has been beyond accurate with 0 seconds in over a month and counting. Power reserve is also above spec at 71 hours and 44 minutes. Rolex got everything right with this watch from color of ceramic, Everose hue, and dial color.

Just bought one.....got a great deal, too.
It's a beautiful watch and pics do not capture it correctly nor do it justice. It's odd how pics show the YG TT version correctly....but not the rose gold. It has a very nice hue.

Everyone said you had to see it in person to appreciate it and I thought "sure....". However, they were right.

Never thought to go two tone. But it’s a beauty. Not for everyday but when it time it works really well. Go for it !

i had a patek 5980AR (steel-RG nautilus chrono), which in my book is esthetically and of course functionally way above the CHNR (also in terms of price). in the beginning of ownership i had a honeymoon with TT, then it got a bit much and finally i got bored by it. the TT-optics kind of overpowered all other (excellent) design features of the watch. after three months of ownership i sold the watch and now i am waiting for the RG model. so i shall not fall into the CHNR trap anymore:::)))

I could easily wear my CHNR everyday. I wore a Bluesy every day for over 10 years. The TT makes a very friendly everyday watch as it’s SS surrounds the pm and protects it from where they normally get bumped in daily activities. I think any Rolex is a everyday watch if it speaks to your personal style. The CHNR makes a powerful statement as nothing else looks like it. It’s rich, warm looking and grabs attention without looking like its trying. There is a swagger to it.
If that statement aligns with your style then no other watch will do.

Hiking boots, suite, by the pool or smart casual, the watch works.

Awesome shots my friend. I envy thee. Should have picked it up when I had the chance.

I like it ok but still have issues with long term TT and the brown. It all blends well together and I love RoseGold but if I went with it I’d go the full RG

Beautiful watch, but it sat too big and tall for a travel watch for me. I found that it needed an assist most times to slip under a shirt & jacket sleeves.

It is a great looking watch which pictures do not do it justice. It is very subtle but pops when it needs too. I was offered this in August and put it on layaway, I had to forego it to pick-up the Daytona-C however, I will purchase this in the next two years hopefully, as I just love how it looks on ones wrist.

I do like it very much. It just doesn't keep me up at night.

Huh? She can't like a watch you own or you'll sell it; seems strange to me.
