Here is my 1969 model. It must have had a tritium service replacement dial put on in the late '90's, because it still glows nicely. Not as well well as Lexi 66's SL, but easy to read at night. Sorryfor the pitiful iPhone shot!

I decided to pull the trigger on this vintage 1675. It's an early 1970. I have the original riveted C.I. Oyster bracelet but am presently wearing it on this Maratac NATO strap...

I really think that Rolex should release the red/blue Pepsi combination on the new ceramic gmt. That would look great. You would get the retro feel of the old 1675,s and yet you would have the modern new feel of the gmt with the current supercase.

Hi Everyone,

I think that Burt Reynolds is seen wearing one at the beginning of the film, HOOPER? Though I’m not positive? Although it certainly looks like one?
Also, I think he might be wearing one in the film, STROKER ACE?

Till next time…

The Laird

My 16710 is getting an insert . . .

. . . but it'll be my daily wear when it gets back from my Rolex dealer next week.

E serial, Jubilee, red / black insert, with fresh regulation and pressure test . . .

As of this Friday I should be joining the club and sporting a Fat Lady from a fellow TRF member. Can't wait!

Yes. Keep in mind this will be your only intervention. Blue pill or Red pill. Blue wire or Red wire. There is no turning back once you pass through that Door. Number. Three.

To save you years of aggravation, sideways glances from your significant other, late night bloodshot eyes from staring at your screen, I suggest you box up any watch that exceeds 15 years of age and ship them immediately to me.

This is purely for your benefit I assure you.

I love it. Altruism at its finest. Thank you for that generous offer.
I'm afraid it's too late.

Pics Friday.

Every "No" is one step closer to a "Yes"
