Fake DateJust

I just want to confirm, this is a fake. It was my wife's dad's before he passed, and we always have assumed it was fake. The diamonds are set pretty bad, and the YG on the band smells like copper and is greenish in some spots.

Thanks!

The gold should be 18K NOT plated!
So if you can see silver below the gold (will be most noticeable on bracelet) - its fake.

Solid gold (18k) should not show silver or go green

Yep, tons of silver underneath the gold on the band. Thanks for confirming!

Is there wear through or brassing on the any of the gold. Looks like a late 90’s Vietnam or Chinese replica. The tapestry dial isn’t a common replica though. Need more clear pictures. A lot of the time fake bands end up on the date justs.
