Blue Moonphase Speedmaster

Anybody own the blue moonphase speedmaster? How do you like the watch? Does the moonphase aspect of it become gimmicky after owning it for a few months?

The watch is gorgeous, but I’m afraid it’ll sit in the watch box for long periods of time.

I think it's a pure solid gold dancer-not really gold--but you know.

I love mine and it’s mostly a daily wearer. The date is a little hard to discern but other than that, it’s great. So far it’s been within a second of timeis for the past two weeks.

That's a great looking watch! A moonphase for a moonwatch.

That's the only "mechanical" speedmaster I want. (Sorry but I am so over the "moonwatch" thing :p )

What's stopping me is the thickness of the watch. Its just so tall. I have had the "regular" SS version with black dial before. While I really like the watch, the thickness of the watch eventually got to me and I sold it when something else comes up.

Good looking watch! if you're already thinking it'll sit in the watch box then might not be a good idea to get it
