Yes that is a customization that Artisans de Geneve did for Rubens Barrichello. They took the movement apart and re did every piece. It's a cool watch, definitely not for everyone.

As an AP Barrichello owner I can appreciate the work put into remaking that Daytona & that skeleton dial. I would wear it. Website shows sold out. That's interesting.
