I have the all black model on bracelet if that helps. Not the TT.

I do. Just picked it up on the weekend, waiting for the rubber strap to come in.

I’ll post pics tonight if I get a chance. I love this watch so far!! Pretty much has not been off my wrist since I bought it. All my other watches are locked away for now.

Cheers

The steel model looks great. Very nice!

Congrats! Any wrist shots on the bracelet? I’d like to see some of those.

Looking forward - trying to decide between Black TT and SS.

I've had the blue version since January, love the new Seamaster.

Going back and forth between this and my black dial 43.5mm Planet Ocean, I started to feel the PO is just too thick and moved it out.

I wanted another black diver, love the Seamaster 8800's and decided on the Sedna as the PO replacement.

Ordered from Topper's (not in stock) and am looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.

I have a question:

Does the Heuerville Deep Brown Oiled Strap (non-rally version) look like a worthwhile strap option for the watch?

Nice watch! If I acquire one on the bracelet, that’ll be it. I was less nuts about the watch I picked up on bracelet than I was with it on the rubber, so I went in that direction.

Color scheme-wise, that Heuerville strap might look nice on the Sedna/SS version. However, the ceramic dial is very visually interesting on its own, and the waves are quite prominent. I’m not sure that I personally would go for a racing strap with all its details to accompany this watch. To each their own, and if you like it, go for it!

Thanks for weighing in on the strap; if I got it, it would be a plain, no holes version.

Ah, right on...my apologies! That’ll look great.

The rubber strap is very impressive on this one and I have really enjoyed wearing it. Very pleased with my purchase.

Did you ever manage to snap pics of the two tone bracelet?

It looks really nice on you! Congratulations!

I picked one up a few weeks ago and it is stunning. I had no intention of buying this but the manager texted me to see if I wanted to see the Apollo 8 so I stopped in for a beer. Wasn't impressed with it but as I was walking out this color combo caught my eye. I tried it on and IMMEDIATELY new I wanted it.

Omega really nailed it with this reference in my opinion. I'm sure you'll love yours as much as I love mine!

Looks absolutely fantastic on the rubber. Very yachtmastery.

I prefer these on rubber as the strap is so comfortable, and the cost of the bracelet is huge. Congrats to all.

Really sharp looking. I want to see this one in the metal but The dial is stunning and the overall look is really nice.

Definitely worth seeing in the metal - better in person than in the pics, and I really enjoyed it in pics prior to seeing it. Tourneau Pentagon City had one in the case as of Tuesday evening.

Went to try that one on today, and was thoroughly impressed. It’s definitely next for me. As you said, as much as I liked it in pics, they didn’t do it justice.

Good, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it! It’s a very comfortable watch and good-looking to boot IMO.

Very nice, congrats! Did you ever consider purchasing it on the bracelet or did you simply prefer the rubber strap?
