Happy New Year TRF.... 6239 'Paul Newman' Daytona
First and foremost, I would like to wish all my TRF friends a Happy and Healthy New Year!
 As some of you may remember, I was on a self imposed watch buying moratorium in 2009 after an exceedingly fruitful (and expensive) year...... Well, needless to say it did not work.....  So........ here is my 'new' 6239 exotic dial 'Paul Newman' Daytona which I found locally in a nice vintage watch shop. (I also picked up another piece as well which I am currently denying knowledge of   )Please enjoy these photos taken this afternoon after a couple of inches of snow ....  (sorry for not taking the dust off the watch....) up:

WOW...that watch is MINT...it even has the original caseback sticker. Very nice pickup. A 6239 in that condition is very hard to find. I'm jealous!!
