Why was the inventory out of the safe so early in the morning or over night? The report says the police were called at 730 am.

If a store opens at 8am or 9am, it takes quite a while to move the inventory to the cases and displays so 7am isnt that early to have stuff out especially with alot of foot traffic on the MM you want your window displays in view.
