travel recommendations - mexico city / miami / rome / milan / zurich
so I've accepted a new job (which I'm super excited about), and I've got the opportunity to take a few weeks off in between (which I'm also super excited about). I'm squeezing in a fair bit of travel during the time off...
first leg is mexico city (me and the fiancee) and napa (with the fiancee and a bunch of friends for a wedding), then back home for a few days, then... second leg is miami, rome, milan and zurich (these either alone or with a college buddy--still TBD). does anyone have any good recommendations for things to do/see/eat/drink/buy/etc in these places (watch related or otherwise)?? second part of the question will be figuring out which 2-4 watches I bring for each of the two legs of the trip... difficult task as always (options to come). |

Any way to change Zurich into Prague?
Not the actual city, just that stop on your trip. Also, congrats on the new job! |

Marc - See the Michelangelo's Last Supper in Milan. Get tickets way in advance.

I know Rome better than where I grew up. If you for sure decide to go there, PM me. I've seen a lot and have eaten in some great restaurants. I keep a list of favorite places on Google Maps. Cafes, Gelaterias, Restaurants, etc.

So, if you are in florence, go the Rolex AD on Ponte Vecchio. The salesman Andrea is very friendly.

Marc - if you haven’t been, we liked the Bargello in Florence, smaller and less crowded. It has Donatello’s David among other sculptures.
