OK - then it has been delivered but not yet assigned a job #. That is what the letter looks like blank. Yours will have the s/n and the job # assigned, then emailed as a pdf.

Now I don’t want to worry you but there are 2 other letters that could arrive. Neither are desired.

One is a rejection due to inauthenticity.

The other would come from Rolex legal, and that is really not desired.

I’m hoping the legal dept letter won’t be something the OP gets. Whenever the RSC takes in a watch the first thing is to check with the stolen watch report. If the s/n matches one on that report, a referral is made to the Rolex legal dept. They initiate a process with the person who sent/presented the watch, the person who reported it stolen, and the authorities.

My fingers are crossed for the OP

Looking forward to seeing the outcome, but I’m betting on no issues. Unless Robin Hood is running around grabbing watches, most thieves sell their ill-gotten gains. Donate them - not so much.
