RolliWorks Does It Again!
Several weeks ago, I sent my A serial 16570 Polar to Michael and RolliWorks for a movement overhaul and case/bracelet refinishing. It came back looking and running like new. I could not have been more pleased. Then I noticed that the GMT hand was a little misaligned with the minute and hour hands. They were off by about five minutes. I contacted Michael and he immediately sent me a FedEx label to return the watch to him to correct it. I sent it last Friday. I received it back this afternoon and it’s all good.
This is the second watch RolliWorks has done for me, the other one being a 16713. That one also came back running spot-on. I just can’t recommend Michael and his team at RolliWorks too highly. The service is first rate; turnaround time is excellent; prices are more than reasonable; and now I know that if there is a problem, they stand behind their work 100%. Thank you, Michael and RolliWorks, for another great experience! |
