Does Tudor Pelagos scratch easily?

Mine seems to have pretty dead on alignment. Sounds like something RSC would fix if brought in.

BTW, i’d like you to verify with you guys what should arrive in the box...
So my watch is from 12/21/2018 and it came without the compartment or the Pelagos booklet... I'll attach a picture of that too... Thanks!
