Help please. What do I have? (2nd try)

Hi All,

I have a watch that was given to me by a family friend over 20 years ago. I recently thought I would try to get some more information about it and I've been having a hard time finding out much. I have no interest in selling it. This is just for my own interest. I don't know much about Rolex's, so perhaps I'm just not looking in the right place.

I can't find any serial numbers, etc.
On the 12 o'clock side of the case, it looks like it just says "STAINLESS STEEL," with no numbers.
I can't make anything out anything on the 6 o'clock side.

Any idea or help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
