Tudor 7016 lume marker

I recently bought a nice 1968 rose dial 7016, runs like a champ. But after a few weeks of wear I saw that one of the lume plots came loose.
It is intact and sliding around the dial.
I sent it off for reattachment and was advised not to try and stabilize the rest of them.
Is there no way to stabilize these without affecting the look of them noticeably?
