Breitling Crystal issue

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Breitling Colt and noticed this strange blue/purple hue over the crystal in the centre. After a bit of thinking I realised it must be the remaining AR coating (how it happened is beyond me but I can only assume the watch bezel was lightly polished and this in turn removed the coating). Now I’m not sure if I should return it or not, a replacement crystal will be expensive but then I’m also thinking whether I could polish out the remaining AR with cape cod or polywatch etc. The clasp has a minor issue in that without the flip part locked in it would with very little force open (this must have just happened over time not sure if this can be tightened) but once the flip lock is in place it’s fine.

FYI, I had the crystal on my Aerospace replaced by Breitling when I sent it in for service earlier this year.
They charged $120 to replace it, which includes a new gasket.
