Nicely done. Perhaps some shoes, just for some additional support for the feet and legs.

Great Job.

I can’t imagine trying that alone in my basement. The police report would read “ wife alleges she came home to find him unresponsive and snapped in half.” Of course I’ve had lumbar fusion so id probably snap in half if I tried to dead left even half of that.

Lifting without shoes is fairly common. Even more so with squats and deadlifts. In fact, lifting barefooted is 10000x better more your mobility and stability than lifting in running shoes, basketball shoes, etc.

Nice job! Wasn't too long ago my max bench was close to that. Now nothing but lighter weight and more reps for me, I'm getting old. Again well done.
