I can't figure out what currency you're using. Not $15k USD because I thought Daytona cost in the neighborhood of $35k these days.

Great review! I prefer the white dial in with the steel bezel over the new ceramic one. Just looks right!

Agree, steel bezel is much more classic looking

Great video and watch. I like my 20 year old YG Daytona just as much as my newer white dial ceramic Daytona. In fact, I like them all, haven’t met a Daytona I did not like except for fussy ones with diamonds all over the place!?

Very well done & was very entertaining to watch I might add. I see we both purchased Daytona’s during the same year too, I can’t choose which watch I like more out of what I currently have in rotation.

Am pretty new to the watch review channel thing, but really enjoyed this vid. Great video quality, the editing/flow felt natural to me, and I've always found it refreshing to hear a journey from the owner's own perspective. Nice job and wear that 116520 in good health!

Cool review. Pretty realistic point of view too. I think a lot of us can relate to the "you don't spend 9,000 not even on a car" post graduation policy.

I love it - your perception of value and watches will change as your income increases. I look forward to your thoughts when you get your Playtona :-) or even a PM Patek Chronograph, A Lange Zeitwerk, FP Journe CS or any sort of Tourbillon. Enjoy the watch - you're the sort of watch lover TRF is built for and I really respect you for this.

Excellent video. One of the best Daytona reviews available on the net IMHO.

Nice video.

While I own a small watch collection, the SS White Daytona still tends to be my go to for any occasion, wardrobe, etc. It just works for me. Love the symmetry also. I’ll add a Sub ND someday to boot.

Hah, super kind words man. Undoubtedly, even as I am quite strict on owning a tiny collection (hopefully no more than 3-4), there will be a Patek introduced to the collection, so you’re probably dead on.

Tried to get a bunch of B-roll in there, but will try to increase it further next time!
