Vintage Day-Date Caseback Question
What should a vintage day-date caseback look like? Should they always have 18K stamped on the back? If not, what year was this introduced? Does a missing 18K stamp mean it was polished off? Also, what other hallmarks should we look for when looking at a vintage DD?

The 18K stamp will be on a lug of the case. The inside of the case back will say .750

Thanks for responses, so should the 18K stamp appear on the lug as well or is that omitted for certain years?
