Sex messes up a lot internally if you have too much of it also,
But I'm not planning on stopping !

Mark, Keep it up. Whatever gets you there it's worth it. I was a 2 pack a day unfiltered smoker. 35 years ago went cold turkey ...... then wild turkey One and done ....

Puffy, if you find a read on that, please throw up a link. I would like more info.
Thanks,
Mark

EDIT: it's pretty much water vapor with flavor and just a tiny bit of nicotine. Can't see how it's worse then real cigs, which has like 4000 different chemicals in it.

They're now not allowed in Starbucks, at least in Calif.......one has to go outside a certain distance, like w/ real ciggies.

Good Job, it takes effort at the start but it's really worth it.
I haven't had a smoke since the 4th May and my lungs and bank account are feeling the better for it.

Well done Mark. My mum and dad have been smokers all their life, and been trying to give up for a long time to no avail.

But have both been using electronic cigarettes for about 3 months, and is working. Said they're amazing.

Now that is scary. That would suck to be trying to help yourself by quoting smoking and blow your teeth and tongue out.
