Thank you for posting.

I wonder if he has his facts correct about the production quantities available to UK market. Seems very low, but then again who knows

I hope he's wrong about the red text only being a one year run.

Just came across the same video, wanted to post it here and thought I check to see if anyone has already posted. And here was yours.

I am hoping to get this watch if possible (to persuade the wife for a second 50th birthday gift to me ) hoping to land a red text one.

Too bad it does not have the DSSD glidelock system.......I take that back, if it had the DSSD system I would have to buy it!

At it's price point it would've been great for the SD43 to have the upgraded Glidelock!!

I wonder if Rolex thought it would cannibalize DSSD sales

Thx for sharing OP

What do you guys think about his speculation that the "Red Text" on this watch will be a one-year production run? If he is right, the price of this watch will go through the roof.

Who knows

I'd say maybe a few years minimum, like the original run

That's where I stopped watching. Anyone including him bases this on what exactly? It's never been done with any reference/anniversary in Rolex history so suddenly it's de facto? Smoke and mirrors to promote sales...and it's a sad ploy for the innocent.

My thoughts exactly. Complete and utter rubbish in order to increase sales at a distorted price.

He actually mentioned that there are rumours that the Dblue was to be discontinued. Now I've got mine I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Ditto.
Really either way I don't care much as I have mine and I love it.
That's all that matters

It looks like it's larger than the DSSD from that video, I'm sure it's not, and it's clearly thinner; but with my tiny wrists, I think it'll be too large for me.

The dial as well as the bracelet is larger than the DSSD and those are good things.
