Help with BubbleBack info please

Hello all, I have a partial BubbleBack movement along with a dial and I keep hitting walls trying to track down some information about it, them,

Dial appears original ib a gold/champagne color with Arabic and dashes at 3, 6, 9

Looks to be early 40's

Movement has Swiss Cross crown and is 17j 7 position

But nothing I have come across shows this particular movement and this color dial. Wish I had more numbers or parts of the puzzle but this is all I've got. I'm attaching some pictures...hope it's not too many
