I voted DSSD, but could have gone the other way.

I have owned a blnr and now do own the LV and Deep Sea Blue. So those are my two choices but if I needed a companion for the blnr I would do the deep sea first although the Hulk is also nice.

I figured the poll would be split.

This is very well said! I too owned the DSSD, twice! I too had issues with the balance and the (in my opinion) way too thin of a bracelet.

The best between the two to pair with your BLNR is the LVc. Go Hulk!

Gentleman - thank you so much for all your time and sharing your thoughts. I know the poll is very much 50 vs 50, and I'm sure both pieces are a MUST have for everyone.

I will try to just go to the AD and decided in the spot. Which I could get both

I have a BLNR, a LVC, and D-blue as part of my collection. Of the three, my LVC is my favorite.

Sell the BLNR and get the Hulk and the Deep Blue. The BLNR is Third on that list.

I'd take the Sub LVc over the DeepSea.

I love the dial on DSSD blue. But... the size... the size always deters me. Anytime I see one (all black or blue dial) and try it on at an AD, I *really* want to like the watch, but the size is just too big/thick. The words 'substantial', 'wrist presence', ... well, these are romanticizing words to describe a BIG watch, and in my case the size of the watch just doesn't work.

So, my vote went for LV in your poll. But if you can live with the size of DSSD (really live with in in your daily life,) then go for it.

I travel a lot and therefore the GMT function is very important for me.
I know some people is traveling with 2 pieces 😋 But I don't want to go for it.

BLNR have to stay and at the moment I will get lvc or D-B but I'm sure later I will own all 3

Thank you so much- I will definitely post you all about the decision. I will just call my AD and the first who arrive from both, is the one I will get. 😎

2 Exceptional pieces...no doubt about that !!!

But the LV will be more versatile and...IMHO, Everybody should have at least 1 Submariner !

As beautiful as the D-Blue dial really is...The LV dial is a true chameleon...simply mesmerizing...

For ME, the LV is the best steel Rolex in production...my favorite piece...and green is absolutely NOT one of my favorite colors !!!

Whatever you decide, you will have nothing less than an amazing piece for Sure !!!

I wore the LVC more than any watch in my collection for several years. The D-Blue was later introduced and that all changed. So, D-Blue wins out!

Hi All,

As promised, I want to keep you posted;
I just bought last Friday the Submariner LV (Hulk) - amazing watch, amazing dial.

It's indeed a very special looking watch. I even wear it with a black suit and it just fits perfectly.

as a coincidence, the owner of the AD was wearing the D-Blue. According to him, I should better sell the BLNR and buy the D-Blue which according to him as a better partner to my new Submariner LV

Another Dilemma??? :S :S S:

So, you think D-Blue and Hullk are more special and better combo?

I would rather have a blnr and the hulk or a blnr and the deep sea. I wouldn’t want two divers
