Not interested in 10$ freebies, only a good deal counts

Picked up my sub Lvc this morning, and was given a box of Tudor chocs, as the salesman i usually deal with wasn't in last week when i picked up the BB Bronze.

How can they possibly stay in business giving away such extravagances? Umbrellas, gloves...and some are even almost talking them out of an entire baseball cap. It's insanity.

Got the same umbrella this week. Before that, no Rolex swag other than the Cameron book.

Got this when we were in AD and my wife mentioned it was my birthday that weekend. Still awaiting my SS Daytona from them, so haven't actually purchased anything there yet.

15% off on a Sub is quite good. Was it SS?

I wonder if you would have gotten same deal without buying DJ. I'm guessing not. Was the DJ SS, TT, or PM?

Got these when I bought my BBBronze.
I'd not bought from them before but when I asked if there was any movement on price they said no but we have a few things we can give you.
They offered Tudor cufflinks, a hat or the sports bag.
I'm not a cufflinky, or hat person, so I went with the bag.

Not always bad. I got a Rolex tie but in the wrong colours for me so I sold it and effectively got a 2% discount on a subc.

At another AD I go to often I've never been offered a drink, nor ever seen one in the store. At Omega they give you drinks as soon as you step inside; on a hot day, like today, that's more tempting than the watches.

The AD I purchased my DSSD D-Blue threw in a nice hard back 2017-2018 Rolex catalog. It's not much, but it is nice to thumb through. It's about 200 pages and full of great images and information.

...with my purchase of a new Explorer at a Rolex boutique, I was given a small discount, a Wolf winder, travel pouch, polishing cloth, a couple of Rolex magazines and a thank you. I was also given a 'full price paid buy back option' towards another Rolex in the future, so I placed my name on their Daytona list. Small chance, I realize, but one never knows for sure.
