What navitimer models should i be looking at

Hi, I've always really liked the navitimer, now that I've started really paying attention I see that over the years alot of different models were made. The older ones are a little smaller right? I really like the classic models but would like something fairly new. What's the "must have" or most wanted model. (like the omega speedmaster being the man on the moon with plastic crystal model). Sorry for my newbie questions and thanks for the help

I think the Navitimers with the B01 movement are the must haves if looking at the
modern ones I guess, I have no experience with the modern ones though. Any that align closely to their vintage counterparts described in the vintage sticky above should be true to the original Navi spirit I reckon.

This is the thread was referring to, if choosing a modern Navitimer, I would get one which exudes the character of it's vintage equivalent!

I concur with the 01LE, or go vintage and get an 806. In my opinion the 806 are a great value vintage watch.

B01 or 01LE (if you can find one). The newer 43mm cases proportion the watch nicely.

I owned a Breitling Navitimer 01 limited edition. Very nice watch both not for me... you should look for one of these! It's the daddy of all Navitimers!
