Vegas Rolex Shops
I'll be heading to Vegas in a few weeks and wanted to know where you guys thought I should stop by to find the best selection and prices of Rolexes?! AD or non-AD is fine, but please differentiate.
Also, I had heard that the Wynn Rolex shop had some crazy 'sale' a little while back, but never found out the details. Anyone have the full story about that? |

Last time I was in LV I stopped at several AD's (they are primarily in the major hotel 'malls'--Bellagio, Wynn, etc). You get a whole lot of attitude and zippo discount. Don't know what you are looking for, but better off buying elsewhere IMHO. Avoid AD's get it 'used' in LV.

Vegas is a hot spot for Pre-owned. If you are looking to buy new then you can get a better deal in almost any other city in America.

There are a ton of Vegas AD threads here.
Let me summarize: Vegas is a great window shopping town. Not good for buying unless you like paying full MSRP. Great Rolex selections: Wynn AD, Tesorini at Bellagio and maybe Tourneau. Be prepared for less than stellar treatment at Tourneau but very nice folks at the former. A lady at Wynn almost "insisted" that I try on a watch. I obliged and put on a WG Daytona!! |

If I were heading there, I'd want to visit the Gold and Silver pawn shop, just to see what they had and what their prices were like, every time I see Pawn Stars they have a decent selection (albiet two-tone).

Definitely on my places to visit while I am there just to check out the store itself. I'll definitely take some pictures of their selection if I can.

Guess the concensus is to just go window shopping out there as I had expected. Still on the hunt for a SS Daytona with black dial (non ceramic bezal). Guess the hunt will continue if I hit up the islands.

They have a black dial SS Daytona at the shops in the Mirage. I just got a call letting me know they just got a black and white dial one in on Saturday. The number is 702-791-7111.

Another member here mentioned T-Bird Jeweller's in Summerlin. Other then that Vegas is just good for window shopping.

My favorite AD in Vegas was the AD at the Bellagio. I stayed at the Bellagio and the guy let me try on all sorts of watches from Rolex to Panerai up and through Patek. I had my GMT-IIc on, but I let him know I was strictly window shopping. It was a quiet part of the day and he was excited to meet a WIS, so he obliged and let me try on whatever I wanted. He brought out a platinum Patek without me even mentioning it. No pressure sales tactics or anything. After about thirty minutes of treating the AD like my personal playground, I thanked him and moved on.
If you bring up a lesser popular brand and work from there, the ADs typically respond well. I went to the AD at the Pallazo (or whichever has the Lamborghini dealership) and tried on a URWERK and started speaking with him about IWC. He was trying to give me hats for the two brands just to call him back if I was ever interested. But as mentioned, I would only use it for window shopping.
