Rolex retail prices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur?

Hi!

I´m planning a trip to Singapore and KL and I´m wondering if anyone know the current retail prices in Singapore and KL.

Pretty much all Rolex watches are of interest, but I´m especially thinking of buying a GMT Master, Submariner, Explorer I or a Milgauss.

Thanks!

Last I checked about one month ago, both SS GMT IIc and Sub-C were still selling above list price, was quoted RM24,000 for GMT and RM25,000 for Sub-C. (USD$1 = RM3.00 approx).

Milgauss and Exp I not so much in demand, ADs have them on display, so can get some discount if know how to bargain. No sales tax and duty in Malaysia on watches.

Don't know prices in Singapore, but they have a 7% GST, which you can claim back if meet the necessary export conditions. Prices in Singapore used to be generally a little cheaper than KL, but the Sin $ has been appreciating against the RM and both Sin $ and RM have appreciated alot against the Euro and USD over the last couple of years.

I've been to both places to check out the price of a calatrava for my dad. Not rolex, but since the watch was worth 5000 dirhams cheaper here in Malaysia (the difference between rm and dirhams was almost negligible at the time), I would think that rolex would be cheaper here as well. The availability of rolex watches here are also astounding (an average of three daytonas and a gv per AD), so I wouldn't think that it would have changed since. Premium pricing is everywhere.
