Rose Gold 1803 valuations

Hey guys, I'm starting to look around for a RG1803.Theyre not so easily found, tho. And the prices nowadays are all over the place.I do understand that this is Vintage Rolex market, and pricing is very broad.
Any of you more familiar with these, can let me know, what price range is reasonable, PM if required.

Looks to be an excellent example, you've got there.
you can't even find a beat-up rose gold 1803 for under $7K these days.
Good ROI mate.
