BLNR on blue/black NATO

I got this NATO for my BLNR before going backpacking through Thailand. I gotta admit, I really like the look of it and makes the watch very casual. Since returning I've yet to switch back to the bracelet. I threw on a Lapis Lazuli bracelet, whose stone I sourced on my travels there, to match all the blue! Whatcha think?

That looks terrific and purposeful for backpacking.

On another note. Yo listen up, here's the story of a little guy that lives in a blue world... XD

I bought a lot of stone beads in Chaing Mai, Thailand. I got a string of Lapis (~32 beads) and took half of them and made the bracelet myself. Just used some stretchy bracelet string I got at a bead shop here in Somerville, MA. I bought a bunch of Jade and Tigers Eye, too.

I actually wire wrapped a bunch of jade and tigers eye beads into pendants and gave them out as gifts at Burning Man recently. Never made jewelry before but the consensus is that they came out pretty well!

I like it! Especially for backpacking, which would probably be rough on your PCLs.

I like the watch and strap. I think wearing the bracelet with it makes the whole ensemble look a bit busy.

Instead of going through and spending $1,500 on a new bracelet for my 16710 gmt-master to Pepsi dial I really should have looked at getting a NATO strap with in a nice combination it would have looked real nice and I would have saved a bundle. For future watches that I buy I'm just wondering any recommendations where I can get a very good quality NATO strap

Looks great - the shade of blue is different with every strap company, and I wonder who made/sells your NATO?

Not a fan. Unless you're wearing matching earrings. ;-)
