Vintage TAG

Bought in the 80's new. Been used heavily in the water. One service. Perfect time via the atomic clock.

I bought a stainless also. Numbers worn off the bezel. Cracked and still works. $700 was big money for a watch then

Nice - I have a soft spot for TAGs from this era, having owned a few

Great TAG. 80s and early 90s TAGs were the best. I owned several Links and 2000s/Aquaracers.

I know at least people who have them from this era: no one wants to give them up. They just go on looking decent and working well.

As someone who owns a few 2000 series, that's particularly cool.

I have an S/el from the mid 90s. Nowadays, TAG is too gimmicky. A salesman in a store showed me one that would make Invicta cringe.
