Please Help with an Explorer II polar bear

Hi guys, I'm thinking buying an explorer II off of someone on the inter-webs. It is a f-serial with no box or paper for $3600. It is described as in mint condition, from the pictures it looks pretty good. But I don't know much so I will post the pictures and let you guys decide if the condition is as it stated. If you guys could also confirm that all parts are Rolex that would be awesome too. Lastly, it is a good deal or should I wait for a better deal? ??

Thanks:

I am not sure of the case via serial, but I know when I had an older polar i felt it was small. I have a 114060 and it feels great. 7.5 wrist
