PP 5168G vs. AP 44 CE ROO

I know these are 2 different watches, but given the somewhat similar price points, roughly $34K on the AP vs. $38K on the PP, which would you go for?

I guess I'm looking for a piece with rubber strap to get ready for warmer weather and casual wear on weekends.

I have tried on the AP 26405 CE 44 Chrono recently and it was pretty sweet in the flesh. I am first on the list for the 5168G at my AD with no firm commitment to purchse yet since I need to see how the 42mm size fits.

I'll be posting this on the AP forum as well to get a fair assessment.

I prefer the AP, but I'd probably go for the ceramic or the new Ti, which are cheaper and nicer.

Depends on the occasion? I find PP more versatile and AP more bling esp the ROOs
