I was terrified!!!!!

I was terrified to cut my Oris rubber strap but I did some quick research and mustered up some courage and boom I did it. The watch fits and feels much better now. Wheeeeeeeew!

Did you have to trim for length or to fit between the lugs? I like that reference a lot.

I trim the end that's inserted into the clasp. I wanted to even out the overflow of band on the other side.

Thanks too, I fell in love with this ref as soon as I saw it. The blue dial had me immediately.

That is a little scary knowing a mess up will cost you a couple hundred bucks!!!

Agree on the Oris blue dials. They do a nice job. They got me with this one.

Nice watch! I know the feeling, had to do the same with my aquanaut. I used a new razor blade and sort of chopped it straight across.

The Tuna looks good. I have the SKX007. Where did you get that strap?"

Haha I have the same strap on my SRP777 but it fits my tree trunk wrist perfectly so doesn't need cutting.
