Yet another 1803

That I am looking at to potentially acquire (below). This one is from 1975. I am not completely sure on the dial, what do you think?

As a supplementary comment it is not supposed to be a Stella dial.

4500 EUR so reasonably priced, but if the dial is aftermarket it gets me thinking what else might not be original. I pass! Thanks for the input.
