6239 Bezel Question
Would someone please tell me the difference in terms of collectability, rarity, price difference of bezel, year of production, personal preference or anything else you think is interesting with a 6239 that has a 200 "units per hour" bezel versus a 300 "units per hour" bezel.
I googled and I searched this forum and couldn't find an answer and I'm not about to spend $1200 for the Rolex Daytona Book. Thank you so much. |

Early versions featured a cream and “underline” dial and 300 units/h engraved bezel. Later models carry a 200 units/h bezel and a silver or black dial. I put this sentence because i read it yesterday on vintagedaytona website. We know that the 6239 was produced from 1963 to 1969 approximately.
I will let the expert speak tho. |
