Why did Rolex ever Feature Domino's Pizza on their watches?

I love Rolex but I don't understand why they would've ever thought of teaming up with Domino's Pizza, then putting the Domino's Pizza logo on the front on some of their "collector" Rolexes.

Do you guys know the story behind this?

Just do a search on the forum. There are a lot of threads on this one and here's one of them.

Story Behind the Watch

And a link from inside that thread...

Many companies did this. Calvert, Winn-Dixie, Pool Intairdril (erroneously called "Pan Am" dials), Samarec, Circle Bar Drilling, Tesoro, Quarles Drilling, GO, CokaCola, the Saudi Government, the UAE govt, and Milan soccer to name a few

You're right I should've done that.

That story is really interesting actually.

My favorite one was the one given to the players at the Dallas Cotton Bowl.

Was thinking about doing this for all the teachers at my school, but it turned out to be a little out of budget.

Interesting read. Thanks,

This thread was worthwhile for the link to the thread that Peter dropped some Rolex PHD level knowledge on.
