GMT II Pepsi and every day wear

Does anyone worry about their watch clashing with their every day clothes? Especially rolexes with colored bezels like the GMT Pepsi?

Nope. Not an issue. And I work in a very conservative office/field, and wear suits daily.

Yes. But I wear a stainless steel explorer for that reason. Also, every day clothes for me are a navy or grey tshirt and dark jeans because I'm too eccentric to stray from what works. The blue and red might work for me but not for someone who varies their wardrobe with differing colors, or collegiate hoodies and shorts, or crocs or woodland camouflage etc.

With that said, I've seen people wear a fake gold timex with a suit to important meetings and court and such. I don't think less of them. They may not be watch people.

Red and blue on a watch when nearly everything else I'm wearing is not those colors would bother me though.

My Hulk, with its sunburst green dial and green bezel is my every day wear. Never felt like it didn't belong.

Sure.

I would not wear my Pepsi with certain combos of clothing. I choose watches / clothing which go together.

It would never cross my mind. Especially these days where I see people wearing Apple and other types of 'smart' watches in a variety of garishly colours.

They are wearing the watch for themselves only, and that's exactly what you should do.

I hate the pepsi with my purple dress shirts. Looks awful. But it's my only watch. So life goes on.

I couldn't care less about fashion, I wear Rolex for my enjoyment and not for wardrobe coordination.

Not at all. The LVC was my daily for 2+ years and never worried about it. I actually like when things clash a bit sometimes.

Not everything has to match in life. Little clash is good.

Think contrast not clashing. The bezel adds just the right amount of pop and works really well since you have two opposite colours. They complement each other well.

Not at all. Sometime I like when it clashes. Stands out from the variety of monotone watches out there (not that there's anything wrong with monotone watches)

....or you could build a collection so you have something for different outfits and occasions. I could never live with one watch. Too many beautiful pieces out there to be limited to just one, lol!!

Nope, very versatile.... besides its a classic!

Still haven't worn a combo where it doesn't work on some level.... Ok, I might be biased!

The modern PepC colors are a little more subtle...not an issue. Nor is rocking an LVc, for that matter.

Especially for us retired guys who can wear jeans and t-shirts every day.

If I was lucky enough to have a white gold GMT Pepsi. I would wear it with anything and everything. Who cares if it clashes.

Oh yes! That keeps me up at night. Between that and spending hours on the internet researching whether or not it's safe to do anything with my watch on I have no time for sleep.

Matching clothes to a watch is a bit too frou frou for me. Maybe with cufflinks but that would be it. Even with a belt is too much for me to bother with.
