I'm not sure if the word HATE is strong enough!! Have them replace the dial with a yellow or orange one while its there. Also, maybe have them paint the clasp a different color for some contrast.....

I love this. Glad you did the lugs as well.

I wish Rolex would offer this, also for the datejust with the polished lugs which I'm not a big fan of.

Although if OP had any mechanical/functional issues, they could just return polished parts to previous state and then send back to Rolex.

Cannot wait to see the results, I have thought about this myself but finding the right people to do it is a minefield, also at service, albeit in ten years will Rolex polish it?

I believe so. At that point I would just send in the watch head only or use an independent.

Thanks! It's mostly an aesthetics thing for me. I just love the look. That said, worry free wear is one of my favorite Rolex traits
