Looking for birth year watch 1967

I'm 50mthis year and looking for a. Orthodox year watch, I've been offered a GMT Pepsi but as you'd expect from a 50 year old watch the bezel is faded and scratched, I understand this is a vintage piece but my OCD (self diagnosed, as are most, not disrespect to sufferers). I've seen a bezel for sale as nos for a 1675 model are they all interchangeable for this model or do I have to be careful of creating a monster.

Any help appreciated and or suggestions on models to look for from this year, sea dweller appeals mor so that it too is 50 this year, a sub would be good too.
