I love em. I had the 36 and wore it all the time. I suspect that had I had the 39 I would have worn it even more

I actually went to the AD this morning specifically to look at this model with the blue dial.
It is simply gorgeous and ticks all of the boxes for me:

1 - 39mm (perfect size for my wrist)
2 - no date/cyclops
3 - fully brushed bracelet
4 - bang for the buck

I can definitely see this one as my next one.

It was more difficult for me to tell time on the gray dial than on the blue or grape dial.

Definitely hard to read, and it reminded me of my 16622 YM in that respect. The hands blend in to the dial at some angles.

The red grape and blue are far easier to read. I think I have a weakness for steel and blue, I love the AP Jumbo with blue dial. The PP 5712 is probably my favourite watch.

I can see that the blue or grape may have more contrast, but it's really not that big of a deal.

A new OP 39 mm is really an excellent choice. Any color is perfect in its own way and IMHO that blue is one of the handsomest Rolex watches around!
