Every time I look at one of your pics I notice something else I like about it.

Just noticed the "hollowed out" rear end of the large seconds hand - that's cool

Such a great looking piece

Thanks! The blue is beautiful, a different sort of blue from the Jumbo but just as nice, and changes rapidly depending on lighting. Like you said, there are many interesting detailing that goes into this watch and even the case finishing is sophisticated.

At first, I have some reservations about the movement being not inhouse but after wearing for a week, this concern is largely gone as I find the F.Piguet movement to be superbly accurate and engaging the chronograph is buttery smooth. A huge plus ( for me at least )is that the pushers are no longer screw down thus able to engage the timing on demand.

I hear you, when engaging any function, esp a chrono, if it feels smooth that's a great feeling. Push down screws are also much nicer to handle, I'm one of those clumsies who takes the watch off to use them if they're screw down as I know I'll jerk them in at a funny angle one rushed day.

Do it, you won't regret it. I honestly thought it was not my watch as I'm an Offshore guy. But since I got it, I can't wear any my ROO
