Poll : So which 5131 gets popular vote

So the long awaited P is out with a different style dial. So ignoring price and bracelet which is the favourite?

Prefer the Rose mainly due to pacific ocean dial.

Have to go for the R as much as I love the P also... The warmth and vibrancy of the R enamel dial just pips it for me...

I like them all altough i think the only reason they put the P on bracelet is milking the customers.

Warmer rose, living in UK I don't want to see that top dial.

The R is better looking, no doubt about it, plus leather strap is better. However I prefer white metal, so for that reason only I'd go for P.

Although I prefer the 5131R dial, I say "beggars can't be choosers" and I would gladly accept either one if offered by an AD

I choose R by looking at the price tag. I can buy R and G with P's price.

I like my G and R. It is a best choice for me.

Hey Brian, sadly that is n't an option for many of us "bottom feeders". It's going to be at least $100k for either on the grey market and that's pretty much a new p at retail! Cheers

P is going to be very expensive in the grey market.

Easy answer this one. The R everytime.

The P is just cold. The new dial seals that sentiment.

Much like the 5270, I feel the warmth of the R is hard to beat.

P if you live in the northern lattitudes, R if you're further south. Seriously, I have to admire the design choice they made using the top of the globe view for a world timer in Pt. It really looks magnificent with the hints of white. That said I would personally go for the rose gold for many of the same reasons mentioned by others.

Now I've spent a bit more time looking at live photos of the P, and thinking about it a bit more, the P is the clear winner for me. The ultimate 5131.
