Yes Martin,
In EU/CH (Switzerland) prices listed must always be final and inclusive of all costs and taxes unless otherwise specified.
EU taxes generally run around 19% for luxury items
CH taxes always 8% for luxury items.

Ok thanks. Prices in the USA are significantly higher even without tax.

This is why many people in the USA or other regions with similar price disparities talk about demanding discounts of 10% or more, their starting points are already significantly higher.

Swiss prices are competitive compared to worldwide prices. When comparing taxfree prices, with forex advantages, sometimes EU prices are a little better than in Switzerland. These prices also (partly) explain why discounts in CH are next to impossible and highly uncommon in the EU.

Wow so I believe CHF is 1:1 with USD, so the 5711 is $21,900 in Switzerland and $24,800 in United States.

If you want a Calatrava, I'm sure you'd get a great deal though!

Am I missing something or is that price list steep for a money clip and key ring? I don't care if the clip is solid gold...I am not paying 40,000 CHF for a money clip unless it comes with a 4 carat DIAMOND!

After the tax rebate, this translates to 3-5k savings on the popular stainless steel sports models for a US-based buyer. The question is: are they anywhere to be found in CH?

I just received 15% off list for a 5164. Approx 31k after tax out of the door
