White dial Daytona with Roman Numerals?

I recently saw Ne le dis à personne (Tell No One) again. Great film by the way and one of the bad guys is seen wearing what looks like a white dial 16520 but it has roman numerals. AFAIK Rolex has never made a SS Daytona with romans. I've only seen them in some PM models. That makes me think that the watch in the movie is nothing more than a fake. I wonder why Guillaume Canet would bother doing a close up on a fake watch. Seems really silly imo. If a SS white dial with romans does exist please let me know.
