I’ve never heard of pan-pie, but OTOH — Is there any common term for dials shaped similarly to pie-pan dials, but which are concave rather than convex?

Thanks! Rolex smooth bezels (1600) are getable, and not that expensive. And despite what I read, I was able to quite easily swap the bezels myself with a little patience and care. In some ways, it was easier than changing inserts on old Subs and GMTs.
