Selling to DavidSW

I made contact with DavidSW regarding the sale of a watch through the DavidSW app.
I am aware that he has a solid reputation, my only concern before shipping the watch to him is that his contact email address through the app is gmail, but through the web page it’s a sales@davidsw.com.
The shipping address on the label provided is the same as on his website.

Am I being overly cautious or is everything good?

Recently sold my BLNR to him and it was a smooth and quick transaction at a better price than many other trusted sellers offered.

I would completely recommend selling your watch to him.

Nothing wrong with being overly cautious at all!!

David is great - nothing to worry about at all.

Alot of us have shipped to Turkey Lake Rd... you should be good to go. However the real DavidSW has also paid in advance, unless he changed his policy?

It's good that you're cautious. Protect yourself. You better insured that watch. If it goes missing from the carrier, it's all on you.

No kidding?! I sent him a few of my watches but he provided the label. Wouldn't he send insured labels since he knows what watch I'm sending him and for what price?

Go right ahead and send it. He’s as solid as it gets! I just received my watch from him this morning.

Just curious what is the process of shipping the watch to DavidSW? Prepaid label provided? You pack up your watch, box & papers yourself?

I recently sold a Platona to him. Extremely smooth transaction....even for such a high dollar value. Highly recommend!

You have to provide your own packaging materials and package the watch. He sends a PDF of the label to print and affix to the box.

Add another for flawless transactions with David. He has always wired my payment either the same day as receiving the watch or the next.

He will email you a pre-paid label, but you pack the box. However, I’ve bought so many watches from him that I just save the boxes he sends me for when I sell something to him

Just sent him a watch a month ago. Flawless. He fully paid shipping and insurance. First contact was through his website, and followup emails from the man himself were from his Gmail. No issues.

Nothing more to be said, other than adding to the people that find dealing with David flawless.

I recently sold my first to him. Pre paid shipping label sent to me. He even modified it to a Saturday delivery to him at my request cause I didn’t want it sitting on a truck over the weekend.

He did not pay ahead of time, but a day or two after receiving it. This was my second time selling a watch in general. The first time (not David) I was a scammed by a fake cashiers check. Lost $6400. Don’t worry with David - he will take care of you.

I see, so it's prepaid by DavidSW. If it's under your name, then you're responsible.
