Has anyone one else caught themselves starring at their watch winder?

So today I was standing in my room just watching my watches go round. After probably about a minute I came to my senses and realized I was just staring mindlessly. Haha. Do I need a doctor? Anyone else have these symptoms?

I sometimes find myself lost at red lights as I gaze at my watch...I guess the drivers behind me noticed too because they even honk their horns in appreciation.
