Seamaster needs new leather

Hello Gents,

I purchased this piece preowned and after wearing this week I cleaned it up before putting away and noticed the strap is cracking bad so want to get a new leather strap with deployment clasp so where is the best supplier.

I did a quick search and can’t seem to find one like I have, I’m sure the Omega AD can get one but looking for possibly better pricing

This is on a Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra GMT and I believe the lugs are 21mm

Nice watch. It's not easy to find that strap except through an Omega Authorized Dealer or an Omega Boutique.

Check ADs who are some of the bigger players, such as Topper in Los Angeles. Let them know you're shopping around for the best price on the correct strap, and perhaps an AD will take care of you.

Thank you sir, I did find some nice leather straps for Omega at ABP Concept and I’m thinking I could remove the deployment buckle from the worn strap I have and put it on that, I’m not looking at resale value but how important is it to use say an original Omega strap

This looks close:

And then I also came across this one, not sure if it’s a knock off though

I hate to say it but I have had good luck buying OEM straps for my Omega watches from eBay. A lot of the cost is in the hard wear and if you only need the strap you should be able to do better.

Well eBay is the first place I looked and all I could find was 18-20MM and I need a 21MM one and is going OEM all that important, at present I have no desire to sell the watch
