Thanks mate. Looking forward to your pics and review. I really like the blacked out version. They seem hard to obtain in the US.

I keep debating with myself if I should buy one. Oddly I am liking the all red. For $99 USD you can't go wrong!

Where is a good place to buy one of these at retail/without a markup? I don't think I can get it in Canada so it will have to be shipped.

I bought mine on eBay from sneakersmagic and it ran me 109 USD shipped. Now they seem to be sold out because John Mayer. It’s a G shock. Patience and they will be available direct from Casio is my best guess.

Mine arrived today and so far so good! Fit in terms of size seems Pelagos like to me. Very happy for the price.

Last I checked red is still available on the Casio us website at cost.

I know I told my wife and she laughed at me. She doesn’t think I’ll wear it more than a week. First thing she said was good, sell it.

Since it’s out of my wheelhouse when I showed it to her she said who told you to buy that, I said John Mayer and she walked away very confused

Actually I saw this thread before Hodinkee so I guess OP deserves credit.

If I get one, doubt I wear it a lot. Probably toss it in a drawer. Would make a good beater watch though. Looks like they are available:

Received mine today. was on the fence, but am actually very happy with it. wears quite small for a G-Shock, similar to my Speedmaster if one can compare it to a mechanical watch, will post pictures in the morning but fits well on my rather small wrist.

For under 100 Euros, Ill be keeping this one. Hope it gets lots of wear, but even if not - as a beater a nice piece.

Mine arrived Saturday and I have worn it daily since. Love it. It does wear more like a 42 (I had to measure to believe it was 45mm).
