Breitling Transocean 38

Looking to buy one for my wife and seeing two models being sold that look the same but there is a 2000 difference. Breitling website has A4131012/BC06/171A listed and I also see it on the web and ebay listed for 8000 MSRP and selling price about 6000. But, I also see another model A4131012/BC06SS that is not listed on Breitling site but is selling MSRP for about 6000 and selling at about 4500.

Any ideas on the difference or the reason for the difference in pricing? They seem to be exact based on description and pictures.
