My new platinum LE Seamaster 300

So as you have read I love my bronze gold seamaster and I was debating the platinum piece. When the all stars on 5th Ave found me the 357th of 357 I couldn’t move fast enough to add it to the collection

This is a no joke piece
I like hefty watches and this doesn’t disappoint

It’s a very similar weight to the “platona”

The enamel dial and gorgeous design make this a killer piece

Pix to follow

Gotta tell you on this one I think I would have gone the 90% off route and went with stainless. Only difference I can see between the two is the second hand. It's an amazing watch but I still think your gold/bronze is the one that really pops.

Congrats! I wasn't aware they made these when I saw them on the Omega site last week. Wondered how many people actually bought these.

I believe the PIP and minute hands are green on all Seamasters. It's so they stand out when using for timing dives (in theory).

Wow, indeed! This is what I love about the newer Omega watches. These movements are beautiful and I like that they've included the 18K Gold components like the bridge (I believe) and rotor. I'm sure you'll find yourself removing the watch to admire it!

Got to see this model at a Hodinkee/Omega pop-up in NY a few years back, a very nice pick-up.
